Return Conditions:
All returned goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, and must not have been defrosted or left unrefrigerated. We will assess each claim individually, and depending on the circumstances, either a refund or an exchange will be offered.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees may be deducted unless the issue is due to product defects or delivery errors.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Customers are encouraged to review food safety guidelines available online through the Department of Health. Imagination Box will not be held liable for negligence in the consumption of products or for customers’ failure to understand or comply with relevant food safety laws and guidelines.

Limitations:
