Returns & Refunds Policy
For hygiene reasons, any returns should be done upon delivery. We cannot accept returns after delivery has taken place.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we have accepted a return and approved a refund, your refund will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Conditions for Returns
The item you want to return must be in its original packaging and be unused to be eligible for a return.
Please note: Once defrosted, items must not be refrozen.
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will contact you once we have received your return. After inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected (based on the conditions of return). If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your bank account via EFT. Please note, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
