Deliciously succulent Gammon basted with a berry basting. sliced serves 8 – 10 people.

Moroccan – Spiced Roast Chicken Thighs: Chicken thighs basted in a Moroccan seasoning. Serves 8 – 10 people.

Roast Beef with Thyme & rosemary. Sliced serves 8 – 10 people.
Roast beef cut rubbed in seasoning– served with a tub of beef gravy.

Roasted baby Potatoes with herbed butter,
Spiced Vegetable Rice ready to serve,
Pumpkin Fritters with Butterscotch Sauce,
Creamed Spinach,
Berry sauce,
Thyme & Rosemary gravy.

This item is made fresh on the day and delivered cooked but cooled and refrigerated.
