2. Place the meal in the center of the microwave.
3. Heat on 100% power for 3.5-5 minutes.
4. If heating from frozen, allow 8-12 minutes.
5. Check that the food is hot throughout before serving.

Please Note: If heated from frozen, excess water may form in the container, and the corners of the meal could become dry.

Defrosting:
