Shipping & Returns

Student box meals – The Imagination Box is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers while adhering to consumer protection regulations. Our refund policy covers issues related to defective products, packaging, or delivery discrepancies. Students frozen meals.

Due to health and safety regulations, perishable items cannot be returned if a customer changes their mind about the purchase or if the product has been defrosted. Student box meals returns policy.

If incorrect items are delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will arrange for pickup and replacement of the wrong items promptly.

Returned goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we will either refund or exchange the product.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the delivery at info@imaginationbox.com with your details.
