Due to food safety and public health regulations, perishable goods, such as our apple bake, cannot be returned if a customer changes their mind or if the product has been defrosted or left out of refrigeration.

If incorrect items are delivered, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a pickup and provide a replacement where applicable.

All returned products must be unopened, frozen and not used. in their original packaging, and must not have been defrosted or left unrefrigerated. Depending on the circumstances, we will either offer a refund or exchange the item.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
