Product Returns Policy
Imagination Box is committed to delivering exceptional service to all our customers and has implemented the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act. Our refund policy applies strictly to defective products, issues with packaging, or delivery-related problems.
Due to food safety and public health regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned if a customer changes their mind or if the product has been defrosted or left out of refrigeration.
If incorrect items are delivered, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement where applicable.
All returned goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, and must not have been defrosted or left unrefrigerated. Depending on the circumstances, we will either offer a refund or exchange the item.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For assistance, email us at info@imaginationbox.co.za with your details. Imagination Box reserves the right to limit refunds and replacements, with only one replacement per customer permitted.
