How We Make Our Butter Chicken Curry
Marinade the Chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken breast pieces with plain yoghurt, lemon juice, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, spices, salt, and whole or crushed chilies. Stir until the chicken is coated evenly, cover, and marinate for a few hours or overnight to maximize flavor.
Cook the Base
