Incorrect Items Delivered

If incorrect items are delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a pickup and provide a replacement where applicable.

Return Conditions

All returned apple bake products must be unopened, frozen, in their original packaging, and must not have been defrosted or left unrefrigerated. Depending on the situation, we will either offer a refund or an exchange.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7 working days. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@imaginationbox.co.za. Only one replacement per customer is permitted.
